The latest firmware (2.6.0 or later) for AH30 communication hubs adds the functionality to use DIP Switch addresses in the range of 16-31 (DIP switch 5).
Before upgrading make sure that your existing AH30 communication hubs do not have DIP 5 activated. If DIP 5 is activated and the communication hub is paired with only one lock, the firmware upgrade will result in that the EAC address is changed according to DIP 5, for both the communication hub and the lock.
